Personal trainer

Who is a personal trainer? At FIZJO-SPORT CF, a personal trainer is a person who improves the all-round motor skills of his/her charges. Knowledge of sports training, physical preparation, nutrition is combined with physiotherapy. This combination creates the ideal tools for optimal motoric preparation, weight loss, improving the figure, taking care of the health of each athlete.

Step by step …

At the first diagnostic visit, each person is properly checked and tested through a series of tests, both functional and structural. The tests performed assess the level of motor skills so that we are able to individually select the right movement strategies, exercises and create an individual training programme based on the client’s goal.

We use a number of diagnostic concepts of which we are leaders in this part of Europe: Movement System, Kinetic Control! In addition, our charges have a four-channel mDurance EMG test, which shows motor disorders in a specific way.
