Who is a Motor Preparation Trainer? At FIZJO-SPORT CF, motor preparation coaches are people who improve the all-round motor skills of their charges. In addition to their knowledge of sports training, physical preparation, they are both physiotherapists. This combination creates the ideal tools for the optimal motor preparation of each athlete before, during and after the season.

At the first diagnostic visit, each athlete is properly checked and tested through a series of both functional and structural tests. The tests performed assess the level of athletic ability so that we are able to individually select the right movement strategies, exercises and create an individual training programme.
We use a range of diagnostic concepts of which we are the leaders in this part of Europe: Movement System, Kinetic Control! In addition, our subjects have a four-channel mDurance EMG test, which shows motor disorders in a specific way.

Training is geared towards individual sports such as: athletics, running, cycling, swimming, dance, combat sports, snowboarding, skiing, strength sports. The focus of FIZJO-SPORT’s physiotherapists and trainers is motor preparation in team games: football, volleyball, handball, basketball.
